These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the to2888 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out below. Please read this document in full before proceeding.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of to2888:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and the payment method details you intend to use. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. to2888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.4 KYC Verification. to2888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity patterns. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, and recent bank statement or utility bill confirming residential address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the request notice may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Currency. All Player Accounts on to2888 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no currency conversion layer; all deposits, wager stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are processed and displayed in IDR.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. to2888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels:
The use of payment methods belonging to any person other than the registered Account holder is strictly prohibited. to2888 reserves the right to reverse transactions or close accounts where third-party payment instruments are detected.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no Platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. to2888 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request, subject to KYC completion. Actual receipt of funds in the Player's designated bank account or e-wallet is subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution, which are outside to2888's control.
4.6 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method. For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method (bank account or e-wallet) used to make the most recent deposit to the Account. to2888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to an alternative payment destination.
5.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on to2888 — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international fixtures — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, 1X2, correct score, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets. Market-specific rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at to2888's absolute discretion. Odds in live markets are subject to rapid change reflecting real-time match events. A bet is only confirmed once a unique Bet Reference Number has been issued to the Player. Any bets placed during a temporary suspension of the live market are void regardless of outcome.
5.3 Casino Games. 5.5 Void Bets. to2888 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement; (b) it was facilitated by a technical error, incorrectly priced odds ("palpable error"), or system malfunction; (c) it is suspected to have been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider knowledge, or any form of cheating or collusion.
5.6 Maximum Payout. to2888 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which vary by sport, market, and bet type. Current payout limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section. Where a calculated winning amount exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the maximum payout amount will be paid and no further entitlement arises.
6.1 General. to2888 offers a range of promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus offers that include a wagering requirement must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting solely for bonus extraction, or any other method that exploits the terms of a promotion — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings from those bonuses confiscated, and may have their accounts permanently closed. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with to2888 management.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, a Player may only participate in one (1) active bonus promotion at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonus. While a Player has an active Bonus Funds balance with unsatisfied wagering requirements, the Player may be required to complete the wagering requirement before a cash withdrawal is processed, depending on the specific promotion terms. Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is pending may result in the bonus being forfeited.

10.2 to2888 shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or your Account; (c) any unauthorized access to your Account; (d) any loss of data, winnings, or Funds arising from technical malfunction, third-party payment provider failure, or force majeure events.
10.3 In all circumstances, to2888's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, excluding any Bonus Funds.
10.4 to2888 is not responsible for any tax obligations, levies, or duties that may arise from your winnings or your use of the Platform under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances. You are solely responsible for any tax reporting obligations applicable to you.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting to2888 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds and satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.
11.2 Closure by to2888. to2888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; (d) a regulatory requirement or directive received by to2888; or (e) a business decision to discontinue services in a particular market.
11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure by to2888 for cause, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from suspected abuse or prohibited conduct are forfeited. Real-money deposits that are demonstrably clean may, at to2888's sole discretion, be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable investigation.
to2888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, to2888 will notify registered Players via email to the address on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. The most current version is always available at to2888.pro/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
This Agreement, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which to2888 holds its international gaming license. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through to2888's internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in this clause limits to2888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction, or to pursue enforcement of any judgment in any jurisdiction where a Player's assets may be located.
